We have planned and intentionally thought of everything - learning, relaxing, unplugging, resetting - but the beautiful thing is that you control the pace. If you need to hit the snooze button, then the timetable is totally opt in/opt out, so you can get the most of what you need...whatever that may be. From Think Tanks to Mentoring, Massages to Meditation – we’ve concluded each day with fabulous dining experiences and a surprise guest speaker. 

Please note that some details of the schedule may be subject to change as we adjust around our members to ensure everyone is happy, comfortable and accommodated.

 

Wednesday


23 october

Wednesday afternoon arrival – a chauffeur will meet & greet you from Coolangatta Airport and take you to Peppers Resort so you can relax in style & not sweat the logistics. The official start of the retreat is at a welcome dinner in the evening.

Thursday


24 october

Greet the sun rise with a guided meditation followed by a walk & talk on the beach (mentor in the moment) - breakfast & the first think tank session. The afternoon will be spent out of the resort for a half day surprise excursion. We’ll return for dinner & drinks with special guest speaker. 


 

Friday


25 october

Get deeper into your meditation; release the tension & use breath to set yourself up for the day, ready for planned activities. After lunch join us for a Think Tank session to unpack the next round of topics. Take time to pamper yourself before joining us in the evening for an intimate dinner with cocktails. 


 

Saturday


26 october

Recover, recharge, reset. 

Join us for an early morning opt-in mentoring walk. We’ll round off the retreat with a group accountability session, followed by a reflection/gratitude session and a delicious lunch. We’ll depart the retreat after lunch, around 2:00pm.
